We will scan a photo of your pet into an image file so you can upload it to our site.
Here is how it works:

- Photo of your pet
- Self-addressed stamped envelope for photo return
- A check or money order for $2.50
- Your account number or email

We will keep all photos submitted unless you also include
a self-addressed stamped envelope for us to return the photo.
Include your account number or an email address so we can
send your scanned photo back to you electronically.
The check must be made out to:
Estate Tracking Services, LLC
Submissions will not be honored without payment of the fee. If no fee is enclosed,
your picture will be returned to you (if possible).
